OMI x SPCA: SumMeow Festival

This year, the SPCA SumMeow Festival brought together animal lovers, families, and creatives to celebrate compassion and adoption. This year, Oh My Ink was proud to be part of the festival, adding a new artistic twist with both real tattoos and temporary tattoo experiences.

At our pop-up booth, visitors could choose between two experiences:

• Flash tattoos by professional tattoo artists — for those who wanted to commit to something meaningful on the spot.
  

• Temporary tattoos — fun, stylish, and perfect for trying out a new look for the day.

It was amazing to watch so many festival attendees get into the spirit of using tattoos as a form of storytelling and self-expression!.Some participants got their very first (real!) tattoo, while others picked a temporary design to match their festival vibe. 

What made the day extra special was its purpose. By taking part in SumMeow, we were able to reaffirm our support of the SPCA’s mission of protecting animals and promoting adoption. For us, tattoos are about more than ink on skin — they’re about connection, culture, and community.
