Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, based on Hong Kong working hours and public holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays. In the event of high order volumes or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. If any delays occur, we will promptly notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

HK$80 standard shipping charges for all orders. We offer free shipping for orders over $400. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control (such as weather delays or postal disruptions).

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this information to check the status of your delivery.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated time frame, there may be delays beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, postal strikes). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We are not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
